If you need to request a refund, it will be provided at the discretion of the Regional Syntaktes.  Refund requests received after April 11, 2023, will not be eligible for a refund.  Individual/extra ticket sales are not refundable.  Cancellations must be completed via the online REFUND REQUEST form. Telephone cancellations are not accepted.  Refund approval and process may take up to 60 days.
